Easy Operation Comes Standard with CallRIGHT
Project Configurator
A Message Set is a pre-determined set of rules, configured by sales management
that defines the parameters of a prospecting project.
Message Sets allow management to determine the:
- Target audience or integrated decision chain of prospects to be pursued
- Problem centric message content to be consistently delivered to prospects
- Number of call attempts to be made to a group of prospect in a particular
message set
- Number of days to wait before making the “next call”
- Call intervals to leave prerecorded message content, versus not leaving any
voice mail message
- Time of day that calls can be made
Multiple Message Sets can be established and executed concurrently by each
sales person.
- Message sets can be mapped to industry segments, management levels, or any
differentiator that requires unique message content that can be leveraged from
one sales person to many new prospects.
After Message Set configuration is complete, sales people record their messages
and add prospects to a particular Message Set and CallRIGHT keeps all the mapping
organized for the duration of call program.
Automated Work Flow Engine
Executes the rules established during Message Set Configuration.
After logging into the system, the Work Flow engine:
- Proactively serves up the “next” prospect that “should” be called
- Announces their contact information, the stage of calling, and any previous call history
- Physically dials the call
- Captures and interprets the results of each call
- Completes pending call actions and schedules the next pending based
on results and rules
Takes the analysis paralysis out of who to call next, and why you were calling
them.
Ensures that every prospect stays in the process for disciplined touch point
management.
Guided Voice Mail Server
The goal is to make live contact, but 85% of the time, calls get dumped into
voice mail.
CallRIGHT offers the option for sales people to create, and deliver, pre-recorded
messages when calls hit a prospect’s voice mail, which is 85% of the time.
- The delivery of recordings is manually controlled by the sales person,
from the live call, ensuring that when live prospects answer the phone, they
DON’T hear annoying pre-recorded messages on the other end.
- After Sales people deliver the first recorded messages, they can call
the next prospect, and can keep calling and leaving recorded messages, multiple
times, simultaneously, until they make a live connection, or run out of time.
This engine ensures that voice mail messages are actually left with prospects,
and further, ensures the delivery of perfect message content every time.
Call Recording
CallRIGHT offers the option to record, and automatically store every live
conversation for future reference and note capture.
Results Classifier
Instead of asking sales people “what happened” after each call,
sales management tells sales people what reasonable range of results “must
happen” after each call.
The Results Classifier presents the sales person with a finite menu of desired
next actions at the end of each live conversation.
As sales people select quantifiable actions from the menu, sales management
can quickly check the validity of their selection through a simple review of
the recorded conversation of the call.
The Results Classifier modifies the behavior of sales person to more aggressively
achieve the quantifiable goals of management.
Live Results Monitor
The Live Results Monitor constantly streams real time results data to Sales
Management, showing who is calling, how many calls they’ve made at any
given time, how many live conversations took place, what messages were delivered,
and what results are being driven from the live conversations, |
