The CallRIGHT Prospect Management Engine contains all the workflow and administrative tools to help you work more efficiently. You set the system up on your computer to work the way you prefer to work, with your target list of prospects organized so you can access them to fit your daily schedule. You dial in on your phone and use your phone keypad to optimize your productivity.

The engine executes the rules established during Message Set Configuration.

After logging into the system from your phone, the Prospect Management Engine enables a level of sales efficiency that is impossible to maintain with manual processes:

  • The engine proactively serves up the next prospect that should be called
  • The phone announces to the sales person the prospect’s call information, the stage of calling and any previous call history
  • The engine then electronically dials the call to the prospect
  • The results of each call are captured
  • The engine then completes pending call actions and schedules the next call based on results and rules
The sales person does not have to know anything about how the technology is doing all these tasks. Instead, there’s just instant release of the old analysis paralysis that typically plagues sales professionals on “who should I call next?” Every prospect stays in the process for disciplined touchpoint management.
